The topic is by addressing the case of Algeria as an applied part of the study, where we studied the impact of the euro and the dollar on foreign trade in Algeria, so we reviewed the impact of these two currencies on Algerian exports and imports. Through a standard model in which we relied on annual data from 1980 to 2018, using the pulse response functions and the variance components estimated from the directed error correction model, and this after doing the unit root test, cointegration analysis and then causation analysis
